Time Flies....

Wow!! It is now 20 days later than the post in which I said I'd try to be more diligent. HA!!! You see how far that resolve got me. Life continues to happen all around me. Some days I am certain I am on a merry-go-round that will never stop revolving... no matter how many times I get sick from all the motion.

I've been admiring the blogs of some dear friends. I should be envious, but I'm not. I am really happy they are finding this new venture of interest. I finally got to see some of the quilts another gal made when she posted pictures of her projects on her blog. She does BEAUTIFUL work, but has trouble taking and sharing pictures so the rest of us can ooh and aah. (Yes, Cindy... I am talking about you!) Now she has no more excuses. LOL

The weekend is almost here. I have a long list of things I want to do, but the way the day is shaping up, I won't get to most of them. I again want to head out of town to a festival in east Texas. Yet another Oktoberfest. Thank goodness my ancestors were German!! I don't even need an excuse to celebrate throughout the month of October. *grin*

Got news a friend is getting married in a couple of months. It came as a complete shock. But I wish her the best and many years of happiness.
